Anything that is custom made or personalized cannot be returned.
Sizing details
It is important to always check the sizes prior to purchase, I get many complaints in regards to earrings being too big, it is up to you to check that they are not to big for you before you purchase, all sizes are displayed,
If you are unsure either measure a pair you may already have that you like the size of or make a paper template of the sizes stated in the listing and hold against your ear to get a better idea.
Care instructions
All jewellery requires a minimal level of aftercare,
Keeping your jewellery clean is important, always make sure to clean with a soft clean cloth before storing away, this will remove makeup - oils & sweat which can overtime cause tarnish especially on gold jewellery as this is the main problem with non real metal pieces, even gold/silver plate will discolour quickly if not cleaned.
Avoid spraying perfume & hairspray with earring's in, make them the last item to put on and always try not to spray perfume where your earrings may rub onto your skin.
Always store in an airtight bag/box & try not to get them wet.
Returns
Due to health & hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
I accept returns of clip on earrings in line with my returns policy & providing they are unworn & still in original packaging.
We do not refund outgoing postage costs for change of mind returns,
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately I don't send my items in gift boxes as this greatly increases the cost of postage due to the thickness of the package, in some cases this doubles the cost of the postage just because they are in a gift box, it would always be a lot cheaper to purchase your own gift box from a shop,
All of my items are posted in a postage box & wrapped in tissue paper to avoid damage in the post.
Wholesale availability
I do not offer wholesale, I work alone so I don't have the capabilities of providing wholesale.
What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?
We do ask to give a couple of days after your estimated delivery dates before contacting me,
All orders are sent with tracking numbers if you didn't upgrade to online tracking I will have to request an update from your postal service this can take 24 - 48 hours for them to get back to me, if we can't find your package your order will be resent or refunded in full for you.
If your package is returned for insufficient / wrong address you will need to repay postage costs to have your order resent to you or you can be refunded minus the postage costs as we simply can't absorb postage costs for insufficient addresses so it is important to check you have an updated & full address.
